They were still small when I took their pics; more fun and lovely as pets than hamsters (we had a Syrian hamster once). Compared to hamsters, they don't bite but nibble, not too tiny to play with; and they don't run too fast and escape.

Another day at Bagan Lalang to unwind. Many asked how to get there and not much clarity has been provided on the Net, so for those who hasn't been there before, here are the directions (pulled from Steph's blog):
| Quote: | • Take the highway to KLIA
• After the KLIA toll, head towards the Sepang F1 track, i.e. turn left from the highway.
• You will reach a roundabout, take 12 o'clock and go straight.
• Come to traffic light, turn left (Checkpoint: there's a Petronas station just after the traffic light)
• You'll see entrance to the Sepang F1 track on your right, go straight.
• You will reach another set of traffic light, turn right.
• Go straight and look out for the sign that says Bagan Lalang, and follow signs direction cos I'm not too sure how to get there from here onwards. We usually follow the signs from here onwards. |

This ~ 4" grasshopper belittled the size of my headlights. Didn't think of capturing its image until Lance reminded me of "odd stuff". Picture was taken with my W810i on macro mode. That's right, not from my camera.
For those who are interested in looking out for that grasshopper, go to Seri Kembangan, opposite the Chicken Rice shop.
